The Leuenraum is the shared community space of the «Crystal» buildings at Leuengasse 1–18. It is open to all residents — owners and tenants alike — for private celebrations, meetings, and events.

Terms of use
Reservations are for owners and tenants of the «Crystal» buildings (Leuengasse 1–18). In exceptional cases, external bookings are possible at a higher rate. The person making the booking must be present throughout the entire event. Sub-letting is not permitted.
